For me, this began when I would spend my mornings listening to motivational YouTube videos while I got ready & drove to work each day. I knew my mind was incredibly overrun by the kinds of thoughts & feelings that were sending my mental/emotional life down the drain & I was grasping for anything that could help me out of the pit of spiraling. Over time I wished that these youtube videos were speaking Directly to what *I* was battling with in my mind & what *I* was actually wanting to manifest in my life. 'How powerful would it be if I was hearing my exact desires & goals every single day without having to sit down and recite a list while trying to juggle all of the rest of my life?...' So I wrote & recorded a personalized affirmation track for myself, and it became the biggest blessing in my life that year.
